WHY WILL MY TONE ARM NOT RETURN?

The turntable is not automatic. The record will stop at the end, but the tone arm will not return. The tone arm is a click-style: It is a manual turntable and will only return manually..

THE RECORD IS PLAYING, BUT I GET NO SOUND.

Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off. Adjust the volume to a higher level..

IF MY TURNTABLE IS NOT TURNING, HOW DO I GET IT TO TURN?

Make sure the power is turned ON and the unit's function selection is set on PHONO. Make sure the right speed is selected by turning the switch to either ‘33 ⅓ or ‘45 or 78’. Lift the tone arm and carry it over to the beginning of the record. If it is not spinning, try unplugging the power from the wall and letting the system sit for 15-20 minutes. If the turntable is still not spinning, please check to see that the belt is still attached. Watch the video on our website at http://crosleyradio.eu/support on how to replace the turntable belt. If the turntable is still not spinning, ask assistance from our support team.

WHY DOES THE NEEDLE SLIDE ACROSS THE RECORD?

Make sure to remove the white protective needle cover from the end of the tone arm. Make sure the red or white plastic needle was not removed when the protective cover was taken off.

WHY DOES THE TURNTABLE TURN TOO SLOW OR TOO FAST?

Make sure you have the correct speed selected for the record you are playing. If this does not free up the tone arm, you can use the Pitch Control knob to adjust speed so that it gets the right tempo.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A 78 RPM AND A 33 1/3 RPM RECORD?

The 78 record turns at a faster speed than the 33 1/3 record. RPM = Rotates Per Minute

DO ALL CROSLEY TURNTABLES PAY 7, 10 AND 12 INCH RECORDS?

Yes, all Crosley turntables play all 3 speeds - 7, 10 & 12 inch records.

IF A PART BREAKS, CAN IT BE REASONABLY REPLACED AFTER THE WARRANTY EXPIRES?

Yes. Some parts, like needles, adapters and belts can be purchased at www.crosleyradio.eu/spare-parts. If you need some other specific part, please ask for assistance from our support team service@crosleyradio.eu..

WHEN DO I NEED TO REPLACE MY RECORD PLAYERS NEEDLE?

Needles can last up to a 1000 hours depending on the condition of the records. We recommend cleaning your needle by using compressed air or a stylus brush to remove dust and debris as needed. Replacement needles can be purchased at www.crosleyradio.eu Instructions on how to properly install needles are available at www.crosleyradio.eu/support under the heading ‘Need a Visual?’

THE PLATTER IS A BIT WOBBLY, SWAY OR HAS SPEED RELATED ISSUES. WHAT IS CAN I DO?

These issues are generally caused by a worn or old belt. Replacement belts can be purchased at www.crosleyradio.eu. Instructions on how to properly install belts are available on our website at www.crosleyradio.eu/support under the heading ‘Need a Visual?’ NOTE: Needles and Belts are consumable items that will need to be replaced as part of the regular care and maintenance of the product..

I HEAR STATIC OR HISSING IN THE PLAYBACK OF THE CASSETTE. WHAT IS WRONG?

This is generally causes of a dirty tape deck. We recommend cleaning tape deck assembly at least once every 20 hours of use.

HOW CAN I BEST STORE MY VINYL?

HOW DO I RECEIVE A 45 ADAPTER IF IT WASN'T IN THE BOX?

I LOST THE CD THAT I CAN USE TO DIGITALIZE MY RECORDS. WHAT CAN I DO?

You can download the software at www.audacity.org. A more extensive explanation on how to use the software and digitalize your vinyl, you can go HERE.

HOW DO I CONNECT TO BLUETOOTH?

Please refer to your individual product manual for detailed instructions on using Bluetooth. If after following the manual you are still unable to connect, please contact us at service@crosleyradio.eu with a video of the issue and your order number.

WHERE ARE CROSLEY RADIO PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Crosley Radio products are manufactured in China.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

Deliveries through Europe are FREE when your purchase amount is exceeding the 50 euro. These are the exceptions: not valid on special editions or offers If you live on an island or a remote area, we have to charge you the additional island/ remote area surtax. This can be up to 27.50 euro. We will inform you about these extra charges before we send your order. We ship orders to Non-EU countries like the Switzerland, Serbia & Norway according to the incoterm Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the export document costs are billed to you once the package reaches your country. We cannot foresee the additional charges.
