Returns

 

This return policy only applies to the orders made at www.crosleyradio.eu. If you bought your Crosley record player at an (online) retailer, please contact them first.

UNWANTED RETURNS

We hope you are happy with your product. However, if you wish to return your order, you can do so in 30 days, started from the day of purchase.

Items and their packaging must be returned in their original re-saleable condition. Once we have received your returns the item and packaging will be assessed and if in re-saleable condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 30 days. If the items are not in their original re-saleable condition we will deduct a discretionary percentage of the cost to allow for the deterioration of the product and will refund a proportion on the price you paid.

Please ensure you pack your item back in its original shipping box and packaging, or in an alternative shipping box and packaging with equivalent protection to ensure the item arrives undamaged. Do not return the item just in its retail packaging. All accessories must be included, for example:

    • Manual
    • Power adapter
    • Cables
    • 45” Adapter
    • Slipmat

Send the item back with a courier of your choice. We highly recommend using a signed, tracked and insured service. Ensure the parcel has the following address; SF Distributions Returns, Winthontlaan 3526 KV Utrecht, the Netherlands.

If you don't have the possibility to arrange your own transport, you can write an email to service@crosleyradio.eu and we can send you a DHL, GLS or Fedex label. We will deduct de costs of the shipping label from your refund. 

RETURNS: DEFECTS OR WRONG PRODUCT RECEIVED

Crosley products has a warranty of 2 years counting from the day of purchase.

If the Crosley product is defective or harmed before 30 days after the purchase date, we offer a refund or a new item. Please send an email to service@crosleyradio.eu if you believe you have received a defective product. Our service team will check if the defect is justified and will response to you within 2-3 working days. 

When the Crosley product is defective or harmed between 31 days and 2 years after the purchase date, we offer a repair. The product is not covered by warranty if the error or defect has been caused by the customer or has signs of wear. 

Please send an email to service@crosleyradio.eu if you believe the defect is caused by a factory error. Our service team will check if the warranty claim is justified and come back to you within 2-3 working days.
